Your business email
Receive mail at your handle, review the replies your team drafts, and send only what you approve.
A real inbox at your handle
MyInc gives you a working business email at your handle, for example yourname@myinc.app. It sends and receives like any email address, so you can put it on your page, hand it out, and use it as the front door to your business.
Receiving mail
Anything sent to your address arrives in your MyInc inbox. You see the full message, who it is from, and when it came in. This is where customer questions, replies, and other business mail land.
Drafts your team prepares
When a message needs a response, your team can prepare a draft reply for you. The draft is written in your voice and based on the conversation, but it is not sent automatically. It waits for you.
This is the core rule of MyInc email: agents and workers can create drafts, but they cannot send mail on their own. Outbound mail only goes out when you explicitly approve and send it. There is no path that sends founder mail without that step.
Reviewing and sending
To handle a message, open it, read the draft your team prepared, and decide:
- Send it as written, if it is right.
- Edit it first, if the wording needs your touch.
- Replace it, if you want to say something different.
- Skip it, if no reply is needed.
Sending is a deliberate action you take. That keeps every outgoing message something you stand behind.
Why approval matters
Email is where trust is won or lost. By keeping a human in the loop on every send, MyInc lets your team move fast on the drafting work while you keep full control of what actually reaches a customer. You get the speed of help without the risk of something going out that you did not mean to say.
