Terms of Service
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using MyInc at myinc.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service we provide
MyInc is an AI team that helps a founder set up and run a small business. Your account includes a public web address at your subdomain ({handle}.myinc.app), a business email inbox at {handle}@myinc.app, Stripe-powered payments, and a team of AI agents that prepare drafts, pages, replies, and tasks for your review.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, for the business you operate with MyInc, and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse MyInc, interfere with the service, violate applicable law, attempt unauthorized access, send spam or unlawful mail from your business address, scrape the service at scale, upload malicious code, or use MyInc to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you choose to send.
5. Approval and outbound actions
Your AI agents prepare work for you, but actions that affect others — such as sending an email or publishing a change — require your explicit approval before they take effect. You are responsible for reviewing agent drafts and for any action you approve.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to MyInc and of your public page. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you, including serving your public page and delivering your mail.
7. MyInc property and feedback
The MyInc service, software, interface, branding, and related materials are owned by PlugLab or its licensors. If you share feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to improve the product.
8. Plans, trial, and billing
MyInc offers Starter ($49/month), a $99/month plan, and Custom pricing. The Starter plan is offered as a 7-day free trial that requires a card and automatically charges $49 when the trial ends unless you cancel first. If you do not add a card, your account stays on a Free baseline. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled, and you are responsible for applicable taxes. Stripe processes all payments; published prices may change with notice.
9. Cancellation and downgrade
You can cancel at any time. Canceling during the trial prevents the $49 charge. Canceling a paid plan stops future renewals; downgrading moves your account to a lower tier or the Free baseline. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MyInc at any time. We may also add or remove features, limits, or integrations as the product evolves.
11. Termination
You may stop using MyInc at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms MyInc or others.
12. Disclaimers
MyInc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will always be accurate, complete, or fit for a specific purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use outputs generated with the service.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugLab and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of MyInc.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice through the product, website, or email when appropriate. For questions, contact us through the support options in the product.
