1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Thinkly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service we provide
Thinkly provides software and related services for capturing, organizing, analyzing, and generating work from saved content across the web app, public product pages, browser extension, and automation features.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Thinkly, interfere with the service, violate applicable law, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at scale, upload malicious code, or use Thinkly to infringe the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Thinkly. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.
6. Thinkly property and feedback
The Thinkly service, software, interface, branding, and related materials are owned by PlugLab or its licensors. If you share feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to improve the product.
7. Plans, pricing, and billing
Paid plans may include usage limits, feature restrictions, renewal terms, and separate pricing disclosures presented at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and any charges associated with your selected plan.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Thinkly at any time. We may also add or remove features, limits, or integrations as the product evolves.
9. Termination
You may stop using Thinkly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms Thinkly or others.
10. Disclaimers
Thinkly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will always be accurate, complete, or fit for a specific purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use outputs generated with the service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugLab and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Thinkly.
12. Changes and contact
