What MyInc Is For

MyInc exists to help one founder run a company with the help of AI agents. We process the information needed to create your workspace, publish your page at your subdomain, send and receive mail at your business address, take payments through Stripe, and let your AI team draft work that you review and approve. We do not use your information for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated tracking.

Data Collection

What We Collect

1. Account and profile information Your name, email address, Google sign-in details, chosen handle, and basic account settings when you create or use a MyInc account.
2. Business and onboarding information The business details you provide during onboarding (business name, description, goals, audience, links), your public page content, and the materials you upload or generate inside your workspace.
3. Mailbox content Messages sent to and from your {handle}@myinc.app business address, including drafts your AI team prepares for your approval and replies you choose to send.
4. Payment information Subscription and customer-payment activity is processed by Stripe. We receive billing status, plan, and transaction metadata; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Product and usage data Authentication state, agent activity and approvals, run history, page analytics, and basic device or browser information needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.

What We Don't Collect

• Your full browsing history
• Keystroke logs, mouse tracking, or unrelated page activity
• Your passwords or full credentials for third-party services
• Full payment card numbers on our servers (Stripe handles card data)
• Your private Google Drive, Gmail, or unrelated third-party account content
• Sensitive personal information unless you choose to include it in your workspace

Data Storage

Where Your Data Lives

• Your workspace, page content, mailbox, and agent activity are stored in our hosted database.
• Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• We retain operational logs and backups only as reasonably necessary for security, reliability, and recovery.

Your Public Page and Mailbox

• Your public page is served from your subdomain at {handle}.myinc.app and is visible to anyone with the link.
• Inbound mail to your business address is received through our email provider (Resend) and shown in your inbox.
• Outbound mail is only sent when you explicitly approve and send it; agents may prepare drafts but cannot send on your behalf without that action.
• You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.

Data Usage

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure your MyInc workspace
• Publish and serve your public page at your subdomain
• Receive and send mail at your business address when you approve it
• Let your AI team (Jade, Nyx, Mia, Kiki, and Ruby) prepare drafts, pages, and tasks for your review
• Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe
• Authenticate accounts and respond to support requests
• Analyze product performance and improve reliability and user experience

We do not:

• Sell your personal information
• Use your workspace content for advertising targeting
• Use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to operating MyInc
• Send outbound mail or publish actions without your approval
• Use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
• Train public AI models on your business content without your explicit permission

Third-Party Services

Service Providers We Rely On

• Google OAuth — used for sign-in. We request only the basic identity data needed to create and secure your account, and we do not access your Drive, Gmail, or other Google data.
• Stripe — processes subscriptions and customer payments, including the 7-day trial and recurring billing.
• Resend — delivers inbound and outbound mail for your business address.
• AI model providers — process your workspace content to generate drafts, pages, and replies your team prepares for approval.

AI-Generated Work

Your AI team can read the content in your workspace to prepare drafts, pages, replies, and tasks. This generated work is held for your review, and actions that affect others — such as sending an email or publishing a change — wait for your explicit approval before they take effect.

Connected Services and Why We Use Them

Data Retention

• Workspace data Retained while your account is active so your page, mailbox, and agent history stay available.
• After deletion Retained for a reasonable period after account deletion for security, fraud prevention, backup, and legal compliance, then removed.

Your Rights

• Access, update, or delete content you control in your MyInc workspace
• Review and approve agent drafts before any outbound action is taken
• Request account deletion or support for privacy questions
• Depending on your jurisdiction, exercise additional privacy rights available under applicable law

Security

• Data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate business need.
• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Children's Privacy

MyInc is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
