FAQ, account, and billing
Plans, trials, what runs automatically versus what waits for you, and how to manage your account.
Common questions
What is MyInc, in one line?
An AI team that runs your company. You get a page, a business email, payments, and five agents who do the work and prepare it for your approval.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. You describe your business in plain words during onboarding, and your team handles the setup. You spend your time approving and deciding, not configuring.
What runs automatically, and what waits for me?
Your team works in the background, including overnight, to draft, build, and prepare. But outbound actions wait for you. Email is only sent when you approve and send it, and anything that goes public goes out after you sign off. Drafting is automatic; publishing and sending are your call.
Can my team send email on its own?
No. Agents can create drafts only. The single way mail goes out is when you explicitly send it. There is no path that sends business mail without your action.
Account and handle
What is my handle?
Your handle is the address of your business. Your page lives at it, for example yourname.myinc.app, and your email lives at it too, for example yourname@myinc.app. Choose it carefully, since it is how people find you.
Can I change my handle later?
Some names are reserved, and your handle is the anchor for your page and email, so treat the choice as a lasting one. Pick something you are happy to keep.
Plans and billing
What plans are there?
- Free: set up your company, page, and email and explore.
- Starter, $49 per month: begins with a 7-day card trial.
- $99 per month: for founders who want more.
- Custom: for needs beyond the standard plans.
How does the trial work?
The Starter trial is a 7-day card trial. You add a card to start, you are not charged during the seven days, and billing begins after the trial unless you cancel. A banner on your dashboard keeps the status clear.
How do payments to me work?
You connect Stripe, and customers pay through your page. Stripe handles the cards and payouts. Each purchase uses a fresh checkout session created for that click, and MyInc applies a small platform fee on transactions.
Where do I manage all this?
From your dashboard. It shows your business card, your team, the "Needs you" queue, and your plan status, so account, work, and billing all live in one place.
